Terms & Conditions for Online Bookings

1. These Terms & Conditions govern the online booking and purchase of plots in Forest Town through its official online booking platform. By submitting an online application and confirming payment, the applicant acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Each Online Application Form submitted through the Forest Town website or digital platform shall be valid for one booking only.
3. The development charges shall be applied as per the policy of management i.e., in addition to the cost of land.
4. Submission of an online application does not automatically grant allotment rights. Allotment shall be confirmed subject to verification of payment, documentation, and approval by Forest Town management.
5. By clicking the 'I Agree' checkbox and submitting the online booking form, the applicant confirms that he/she has read and understood these Terms & Conditions and provides legally bound electronic consent by him/her.
6. Electronic records, confirmations, and communications generated through the online booking system shall constitute valid legal documentation between the applicant and Forest Town.
7. An application shall become legally valid once submitted digitally and payment is successfully processed through approved channels.
8. Sale, mortgage, gift, or transfer of the booking without the approval of the Forest Town is not admissible. Transfer of the booking rights will be permissible on completion of necessary formalities/dues as per the terms & conditions of Forest Town.
9. No applicant shall be entitled to claim or receive any interest/markup against the amounts paid by a client to Forest Town.
10. If a member is found to be involved in any action or any matter against the reputation of Forest Town, then Forest Town has the right to take legal action against the member and to cancel his/her booking of Forest Town. Member and his/her legal heirs will be bound to accept the decision of Forest Town management and will have no right to go to any court of Law against Forest Town.
11. All payments may be made through approved channels including bank transfer, payment gateway, debit/credit card, Raast, or other authorized banking instruments. in favor of account FOREST TOWN, BANK ACCOUNT IBAN – PK50 JSBL 9142 0000 0205 6804.
12. In case of non-payment of any current dues of surcharge / levies on installments received after the due date from the Member/applicant will only be accepted with surcharge @0.1%.
13. Booking amount is proof of registration with Forest Town, however, applicant will only become a member of Forest Town on payment of confirmation charges (within the next 30 days of booking). In case of nonpayment of confirmation charges within the stipulated time, the management of Forest Town reserves the right to cancel the registration and deposited money will be forfeited without any notice and/or deemed appropriate by Forest Town management.
14. The allottee on boulevard of 50 feet and above, corner or park-facing plots will pay 10% extra price in each occurrence, and 25% in case of a triple occurrence.
15. In case of non-payment of four (04) consecutive installments, the booking will be considered cancelled, and no notice will be issued in this regard. A deduction (as per Clause 18) will be made in case of withdrawal of booking or refund. While making a request for a refund, six months’ prior notice along with original receipts and files are to be produced with essentially no interest whatsoever, would be payable in such cases.
16. In the case of transfer of booking, the first Member is bound to clear all applicable dues till date before the transfer.
17. Forest Town reserves the right to sell/transfer a cancelled booking from the name of the Member due to nonpayment of dues, for any reason whatsoever, to any other person and the ex-Member shall have no right of any claim whatsoever.
18. In the event of cancellation or a request for refund by a member, 20% of the installment amount received against membership shall be deducted from the deposited amount at the time as per convenience/discretion of firm’s / company’s management after the refund claim is filed by the applicant/cancellation due to non-payment. The refund will be entertained for those payments only which are supported by payment proof of deposits made in the firm’s / company’s designated bank account only. No other payment mode adopted by the applicant shall be entertained for refund.
19. The Down Payment and Confirmation amount is Non-refundable. Any amount adjusted as rebates, commissions, or compensation against any agreement or service shall not be refundable.
20. Excess charges, if any, will be levied under extremely unavoidable circumstances for which the allottee shall be taken into confidence prior to the levy.
21. Plot size i.e., increased/decreased or location can be changed as per the requirement of the Layout Plan or any engineering contingency. Allottee will have to pay differential amount in any such occurrence.
22. The allottee in possession shall bear the expenses of all civic facilities availed in the future.
23. Allottee shall be solely responsible for property tax and all other government taxes, dues, and charges applicable on the commercial plot.
24. The allottee shall inform the Forest Town of any change in his/her address failing which the communications shall be sent to the address given in the application.
25. If the project Forest Town and its extension thereof are abandoned (God forbid) due to any reason, other than force majeure, the firm may offer the applicant registration of similar value in its other project(s) or affiliated project(s) at similar monetary value or may choose to refund (as mentioned in clause 18) the payment received in firm designated account with proof/receipt from the applicant within a prescribed period of time as per policy announced by the management at the time of such event if any. It is clearly understood that in such an event, the applicant will not be entitled to any other claim, damage, or interest except the original amount paid by him/herself in firm’s designated account only.
26. Forest Town master plan/plot number and other features could be changed on technical, legal, or any other basis, and members are bound to accept the decision of Forest Town management.
27. In case of any dispute between the Member and Forest Town, the dispute will be referred to arbitration committee which will be conducted by an authorized officer of Forest Town management whose decision shall be final and binding upon both the parties.
28. Every applicant will abide by these Terms and Conditions in addition to the by–laws and rules and regulations governing ownership and transfer of Membership, enforced from time to time by Forest Town, and / or any other Regulatory Authority, in accordance with applicable laws.
